Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is free with no obligation. It is a genuine conversation about your business, not a sales pitch. If AI is not the right move for you yet, we will tell you that too.
Do we need to visit you?+
No. Most delivery happens remotely, with on-site sessions where they add value.
What should I prepare before the call?+
Nothing formal. Come with the one or two problems costing you the most time or money. If you want a head start, take the free AI readiness assessment and we can discuss your results on the call.
Do you work with companies of any size?+
We work with hiring teams of all sizes - from growing startups to enterprise organisations, including recruitment agencies. The discovery call helps us understand your volume, tooling, and whether we are the right fit for where you are now.

We are tool-agnostic. We evaluate, integrate, and troubleshoot across the major platforms - Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Paradox, hireEZ, SeekOut, Eightfold, HireVue, and many more. We recommend what fits your needs.
Will you push us toward buying software?+
Never. We are an independent advisor. If your current setup is already working, we will say so. If a tool is worth adopting, we will tell you which one and why - and we will tell you when AI is not the answer yet.
Is our information kept confidential?+
Yes. Everything you share during the call and through the form is treated as confidential. We do not share your details with vendors or third parties.
